Today, N.G.H.S. bids farewell to our Acting Vice Principal, Mrs. Karen Bhola- Ramkissoon, who proceeds on pre-retirement leave. Mrs. Bhola-Ramkissoon has served her Alma Mater with distinction for the past 37 years. She effortlessly moved from Chemistry teacher to Head of Department to Acting Vice Principal. In the execution of her duties, she displayed very effective time-management and organisational skills. As a brilliant task master in the classroom, her desire was for her students to fulfill their potential rather than embrace mediocrity. As a member of staff, she sat on many committees where her multifaceted skill set was crucial in each committee’s success. We will all fondly remember Mrs. Bhola- Ramkissoon for her sense of fashion, her culinary skills, her love of decorating and her infectious laughter. As she moves onto this new phase of her life’s journey, we wish her all the best. We pray that her time will be well spent with her family and loved ones. We also pray that God’s goodness will always surround her.
