On Tuesday 25 th October, 2022 Dr. Shakuntala Haraksingh Thilsted visited NGHS where she shared some of her experiences with the Form 4 to 6 students. She spoke of her time as a student at NGHS and her delight was evident as she interacted with the students and lustily sang the school hymn. Dr. Thilsted imparted her passion and knowledge as she discussed her research on providing nutritional sustainable sources of food. Indeed Dr. Thilsted’s humility and drive to help others is embodied in the words of the World Food Day 2022 theme ‘Leave No One Behind’
