Naps Girls understands “the benefits of competition”

Trinidad and Tobago Fair Trading Commission (TTFTC) executive director, Mr. Bevan Narinesingh had high praises for all the participants in its Inaugural Secondary Schools Essay Competition. He noted “the winners submitted essays that exhibited excellent writing skills, understanding, creativity and originality under this year’s topic – The benefits of competition.”

FIRST, SECOND and THIRD places were awarded to Alaina Singh (Upper 6), Vrishni Maharaj (Upper 6) and Hema Persaud (Lower 6), in that order.

The girls were presented with their cash awards and the Challenge Trophy at the Sarah Morton Dormitory on the school’s compound by Mr. Narinesingh, in the presence of their principal, Mrs. Karen Bhola-Ramkissoon (Ag), and teachers, Mrs. Sookchan and Mrs. De la Rosa.
