The Queens’s Commonwealth Essay Competition held earlier this year, attracted nearly 13,000 entries on the theme: Climate Action and the Commonwealth. Every year, Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards are bestowed on deserving entries. The Gold Award Finalists’ entries were judged to determine the 1st and 2nd places. Anusha Saha’s submission was in the form of a poem entitled “Her Saviour” and earned her the Gold Award Finalist Certificate in the Senior Category.
