We are proud to announce that Anusha Saha of LVI placed 4th in the Women’s National Chess Championship held in 2019. This achievement secured Anusha a place on the Trinidad and Tobago Chess Association’s Female Olympiad Team and she will represent Trinidad and Tobago at the World Chess Olympiad in Khanty Mansiysk, Russia in 2021.
Since her arrival at Naparima Girl’s High School six years ago, Anusha has been an avid Chess player. She has successfully represented the school at numerous competitions over the years and spent many a lunch hour honing her Chess playing skills with her friends.
We wish Anusha all the best in this competition. We know she will make us and her country proud!
