Hailey Jeffers’ academic journey stands as a testament to her exceptional discipline, intellectual curiosity, and unwavering perseverance. She enrolled at Naparima Girls’ High School in 2018, eager to embrace new challenges and explore a wide range of subjects. Over the years, she dedicated herself to excelling in both the sciences and the arts, culminating in an extraordinary academic milestone at the 2023 CSEC examinations, where she secured Grade Ones in all eleven subjects: Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, English A, English B, Geography, Spanish, French, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Music.
For her outstanding performance, she was awarded the President’s Medal at the CXC CSEC O’ Level examinations, 2023, the highest national honour recognizing excellence at this level of study. This prestigious award is a reflection not only of her scholastic ability, but also of her steadfast commitment to excellence.
Beyond her academic success, Hailey also distinguished herself in the creative sphere through her active participation in the Naparima Girls’ High School Senior Choir. This experience not only deepened her artistic expression but also fostered teamwork, resilience, and leadership – qualities that continue to shape her personal and academic growth.
Hailey firmly believes that success is built on discipline and perseverance. She acknowledges that motivation may falter at times, but she emphasizes the importance of maintaining focus and pushing through challenges with determination. At the same time, she advocates balance, reminding students that rest is essential to sustained success as, “one cannot pour from an empty cup.”
She remains deeply grateful to her mother, teachers, principal, mentors, and friends, whose unwavering support and guidance have been instrumental in her success.
