Service to others is one of the founding tenets of the Presbyterian Church and through our Community Service programme we continue to fulfill this aim.
Students are encouraged to live our school’s motto, ‘Non Nobis Solum Sed Omnibus’ which translates ‘Not for ourselves only but for All’.
Introduced in September 2002, this programme fosters the values of selflessness and volunteerism as students on their own time and under the supervision of their parents takes care of the elderly, sick, underprivileged children and the differently-abled members of society. We have unlocked those qualities of patience, kindness, and generosity in our young ladies.
Each student is required to carry out at least forty hours of community service during her school career. This is usually done in Forms One to Four. There are several organizations who are our partners in this programme. A student’s voluntary service is tracked by the school and validated by the various organizations.
